1 General Terms

By using the ck444p website and mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between ck444p and its users.

Ck444p operates under an international online gaming license and is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Should an account be opened by a minor, ck444p reserves the right to immediately close that account and withhold all deposited funds.

These Terms & Conditions have been provided for user convenience. However, the English version shall prevail in any legal interpretation. ck444p reserves the right to amend these terms at any time — a notification will be posted on the site before any changes come into effect.

2 Account Registration

To register at ck444p, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false details will be terminated and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all will be closed.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration may be subject to verification at a later stage.
• Keep your account password confidential. Allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, ck444p may request a copy of your national ID or passport.
• Accounts must be used for personal purposes only — betting on behalf of a business or third party is strictly prohibited.

If email or phone verification is not completed after registration, certain features may be restricted. ck444p may request additional verification at any time for security purposes.

3 Betting Policy

All bets placed on ck444p are final and cannot be changed once confirmed. Before confirming your bet, please ensure you have selected the correct match, odds, and stake amount.

• Bets placed before a match begins are considered pre-match bets. Bets placed while a match is in progress are live bets.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed for any reason, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If an error or technical fault occurs in the odds, ck444p reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Maximum bet limits per event are set and may vary depending on the sport and market.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, ck444p may withhold payouts until an investigation is completed.

Odds change rapidly in live betting. If odds shift between the time a bet is submitted and when the system confirms it, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.

4 Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals at ck444p are processed entirely through Bangladeshi mobile banking. All transactions are conducted in BDT.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum daily deposit limit is determined by your account level.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. If verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

If a technical issue results in an incorrect credit or debit, ck444p reserves the right to correct the error. Any funds credited by mistake will be reclaimed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Ck444p regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before accepting.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only. If the same person claims the bonus across multiple accounts, all bonuses will be voided.
• Withdrawing bonus funds typically requires meeting a wagering requirement of 5x to 20x.
• Bonuses have an expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the deadline passes.
• Cashback offers apply only to losing bets placed with your own funds.
• Ck444p reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck444p. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Hacking or any malicious activity targeting ck444p's systems or software.
• Match fixing or betting based on insider information.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Users may request account closure at any time. Contact our support team — the account will be closed within 48 hours and any remaining balance will be returned.

Ck444p may suspend or permanently close an account without notice for the following reasons: violation of terms and conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or identification of an underage user. To appeal an account closure, contact us at support@ck444p.bet.

8 Limitation of Liability

Ck444p strives to deliver the highest quality of service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues or third-party failures. ck444p's liability in such situations is limited.

• Ck444p is not responsible for bets lost due to internet connection failures.
• Ck444p is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Ck444p is not responsible for unauthorized access to a user's account if it results from the user's own negligence.
• Users are solely responsible for any losses incurred through betting.

9 Privacy

Ck444p treats the protection of user data as its highest priority. Information provided during registration is used solely for account management, service improvement, and legal compliance.

10 Changes to Terms

Ck444p may update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. A notification will be posted on the site and sent to your registered email at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please request that your account be closed.
